No. You pay once for a credit pack. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Do credits expire?
No. Your credits never expire. The names "1-Month Prep" and "2-Month Mastery" only show how fast most students use them.
What is free?
Reading and listening practice for all 7 exams is free, with a daily limit. Lessons, flashcards and the study plan are free too. Speaking and writing attempts get an examiner report and cost credits. You also get 40 free credits when you sign up.

What is the daily limit?
Free accounts can do 2 speaking, 1 writing, 5 reading and 5 listening questions a day. After you buy any pack, the limit is 40 speaking, 20 writing, 40 reading and 40 listening a day.
Can I get a refund?
If scoring fails, your credits come back automatically. For other refunds, email support@scorefluent.com. We look at each case.
How much do institutes pay?
It is $15 USD per student seat each month on the standard plan. Your students never see prices. Email support@scorefluent.com to start.
