FAQ

What this checks, honestly.

Why would my template be a problem?

Pearson uses computer scoring and human checks. Memorised answers that fit any question can be marked as off-topic or low-content.

What does the check actually look at?

Generic filler phrases, content that doesn't reference the sample question or chart you were shown, keyword stuffing, and speed-over-meaning patterns in spoken scripts. It quotes the exact risky lines and tells you how to fix each one.

Is this a score prediction?

No. It checks one answer and shows what may lose marks. Practise in the app for scores in all four sections. New accounts include enough free credits for one full mock test.
