Your students ask what they scored. Your director asks how you know.
Institutes run ScoreFluent under their own brand — your logo, your colour, your subdomain — so students see your name, not ours. Underneath it, speaking is scored by acoustic models sound by sound: a score per phoneme, a time anchor per word, and playback of the exact moment in a student's own recording that cost the mark. Writing is annotated inline against the full published rubric. That is the evidence your teachers can hand to a student, or you can hand to a director.
15 minutes · no obligation
Built for the person whose name is on the result.
Not AI for its own sake — pass rates, brand, teacher time, and a contract you can leave without losing anything.
Pass-rate protection
Students who practise elsewhere often drill against templates the current rubric already flags. Ours is scored against the rubric your students will actually sit — content review included — so a good result in practice is one your students can trust on exam day.
Your brand, not ours
Your logo, your colour and your own subdomain — or a fully custom domain on request. Students never see ScoreFluent pricing or branding, only yours, throughout the entire portal.
Teacher leverage
Every attempt is scored the moment a student submits it. The admin console shows cohort-wide usage and a per-student weak-area breakdown, so class time goes to teaching the gaps — not finding them or marking scripts by hand.
Zero-risk entry
No seat-block licence to buy upfront. Start with the seats you need and add more as your cohort grows — additions bill immediately, prorated; reductions apply from your next cycle. Month to month throughout, with a 15-day free trial to test it against a real class first.
Sound by sound, not a single band guess.
The question institutes ask that students rarely do: how do you know the score is right. Here is what sits underneath every result on your portal.
Speaking, scored on acoustic models
Every attempt is scored down to individual sounds, with a phoneme-level score, a model pronunciation, and playback of the exact word in the student's own recording that lost the mark — not a single holistic estimate.
Writing, scored against the published rubric
Essays and written responses are marked trait by trait against the exam's own published rubric, with inline annotations on the exact sentences costing marks — evidence a teacher or student can check line by line.
Everything below is shipped, not on a roadmap.
Seat-based billing, month to month, auto-renewing — no fixed term
Self-serve subscription checkout and a Stripe billing portal your admin controls directly
White-label branding — logo, colour, and a subdomain or custom domain
An admin console: roster, usage reports, per-student weak-area diagnosis and staff management
A moderator role for teaching staff — invites and roster work, without touching billing or credits
Email invites your admin sends straight to students — no IT integration required
Cohort and usage reporting your admin can pull for any month
Per seat, month to month.
Practice is unlimited on every tier — tiers differ only in how many examiner reports each student gets a month. No seat-block licence, ever.
| Tier | Price | What a seat includes |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | $8 / seat / month | Unlimited free practice, plus roughly 18 examiner reports per student a month |
| Standard | $15 / seat / month | Unlimited free practice, plus roughly 35 examiner reports per student a month |
| Intensive | $25 / seat / month | Unlimited free practice, plus roughly 70 examiner reports per student a month |
Report counts are indicative rather than a quota — a report costs between three and ten credits depending on the task type, so the exact number depends on what your students practise.
15-day free trial — the clock starts the first time your admin logs in, not when the account is created.
Seats move with your cohort — additions bill immediately, prorated for the rest of the cycle; reductions apply from your next invoice, not a mid-cycle refund.
No fixed term — auto-renewing monthly, managed from a Stripe billing portal your admin controls, cancel any time.
For institutes, answered.
Is there a self-serve signup?
No. Every institute tenant is set up by our team after a short call, so branding, seats and rosters start correct from day one — nothing to configure yourself. Book a walkthrough and, if it is a fit, your portal can be live within days.
How does seat billing actually work?
One seat per active student, billed monthly, auto-renewing — no fixed term and no seat-block licence to buy upfront. Add seats mid-cycle and the extra cost prorates immediately; remove seats and the change applies from your next invoice, not a mid-month refund.
Do students see ScoreFluent pricing or branding?
No. Your portal carries your logo, your colour and your own subdomain, with a fully custom domain available too. Students never see a credit balance, a paywall, or the ScoreFluent name.
Does this replace our teachers?
No — marking is automated, teaching is not. Your admin console shows cohort-wide usage and a per-student weak-area breakdown, so class time goes to closing the gaps a teacher finds, not grading every attempt by hand.
What happens after the 15-day free trial?
The trial clock starts the first time your admin logs in, not when we create the tenant. Invite students and let them practise freely during the trial; subscribing at any point during or after it clears the countdown and moves you to monthly billing.
Can we start with just a few students?
Yes. Seats are bought one at a time, not in blocks — a single teacher with a handful of students is a workable starting point, the same as a full institute.
