How much time does it take each day?
Each session takes 12 to 15 minutes. You get one session a day, five days a week.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing locks. You start on any day, and the course runs from your day one. If you miss a day, you get a nudge. You are not penalised. You can do two sessions in one day.
Is the Friday call with a person?
No. You speak with an AI counterpart. The call runs on the web, so use headphones.
What do I get at the end?
You get a course report. It is not a certificate.
